-Mark Kelley is a US Army Combat veteran and 28 year major city Law Enforcement Officer. Mark took his military, tactical, and dignitary protection team leader experience into Kelley Defense. Mark has trained Military Personnel, Tactical Operators, Law Enforcement and civilians.
