I totally forced myself to get off the couch and drop a new banger. As usual I didn't have much to say. Then, I started talking. There's a lot to unpack in this one, I share my perspective and newfound clarity about stress and life.  I'm sure that plenty of conversations will be had about my stop at the Italian market and travel down memory lane.
