Next month thousands of new City Council members and Board of Directors will be taking the oath of office and be sworn in as elected officials to represent the millions of Americans at local communities across the United States.

For many new City Council members, this is their first rodeo. They need all the help they can get to serve effectively on the days to represent their communities.

All municipal employees can help the City Manager to onboard new Council members so they can be effective when they take their seats on the dais.
