This week we are venturing into a topic that not many would consider an attribute of having a winning mindset. But let's face it, helping others learn is arguably one of the most important things we can do. 

There are so many people that watch us everyday, particularly our kids. We need to make sure we are teaching these folks good quality habits just like we were taught. Kevin and Jason believe there are a few reasons why helping others learns are important. 

• Personal Growth - When we teach others material, we first have to know the material inside and out. Diving deep into these topics actually helps make ourselves better in the process of helping others learn
• Building Relationships - Teaching someone means you care about them. 
• Paying it Forward - Many of us have teachers, coaches, mentors or friends who made an impact on us as kids. It's time for us to do the same and pay it forward by helping others out now
