Help Them Succeed!

While coaching I've seen coaches pull players off the field after a mistake, yell at them, then throw them back onto the field and never tell them what they did wrong.

Funny thing is I've seen the same thing happen in the business world. Projects given out to the wrong people and the employee doesn't know how to do it and the supervisor doesn't help them learn. Set them up for failure.

I had an organization put acting supervisors in charge  of multiple employees and were given zero training.

Hit or Miss is not a training style, its a recipe for disaster.
