Juliann is a 12-year-old girl that has a condition called "Cockayne Syndrome". It's a very rare genetic disorder and there is no cure for it, it (sadly) is terminal. To help you understand without going into great detail, she has the body of an 80-year-old and her mind is that of a 12-18 month old.

We know we cannot save the World but we can make a difference in at least one person's life. If you can, please help us out with helping Juliann. Anything you can do is greatly appreciated.
