Social media, the entertainment industry, and cultural trends have made parenting teenagers a challenge, but as the ladies  discuss  in this episode, it’s not impossible. God promises wisdom for those who seek it, so if you're a parent, youth leader, teacher, coach, or anyone who has a teen in your life,  Luanne and Mary Ann pray that  the experiences and knowledge they share will encourage you to swim upstream against the cultural current and inspire that teen in your life to do the same. 

During her 17 years as a high school counselor, teacher and coach, Luanne gained much insight about how teens can successfully and Biblically deal with the sexual pressure in our culture.  Both parents and teenagers can benefit greatly from the wisdom in Luanne’s two books (one for gals and one for guys): “Pure Lives” and “The Warrior Within.” They are available on her website (address below) and on amazon.com.

Luanne and two friends are hosting “Cry For Freedom Women’s Conference” on Saturday, April 23, 9 a.m.-1 p.m. at Infinity Church, 412 Fairview St. Extension in Fountain Inn, South Carolina.
