Food writer and cookbook author Lindsay Maitland Hunt joins us to chat about her career in food media and how it led her on the search for gut help and writing her latest cookbook, Help Yourself: A Guide to Gut Health for People Who Love Delicious Food. A former editor at Real Simple and Buzzfeed, Lindsay discussed how she fell in love with the world of recipe testing and development and what goes into it. From there, we discuss her health journey working in food and discovering how she had to change the way she ate.
