Nearly 20 years ago, a friend asked me why I was thinking of putting things on the web.
I didn’t know, and said it all looked very interesting.

A few years later, another friend asked me why I wanted to play around with Twitter. 
I said I wanted to try it out.

Fast forward another ten years or so, and yet another colleague warned me not to waste my time trying to learn podcasting...
