Lots of self help and life coaches provide their clients with guidance and motivation to help them create the life they want to live. They stress the importance of certain psychological processes and help people manifest their dreams; but what about the weeks when we aren't motivated? What about the weeks where theres been a sudden change to your lifes blueprint or you start to question the direction your life is heading in. Maybe you've started worrying about whether your manifestations will happen and what it will truly take to get there. We all have off days, even off weeks. What can we do when negative thinking starts to take over?

In my own current life I'm learning to adjust to many changes happening in my career. Changes with the team I  work with, management and my daily job specifications.  Expectations and work culture has drastically shifted since I joined the company. I've been more frequently questioning not only my position, but also my purpose and future career goals, asking myself what will truly fulfill me in the long run and how I should move forward.

I will discuss the best steps you can take to gain peace even when you don't have all the answers. There are a handful of simple efficient ways you can get through rough times in life .
