Since June 2020, her clients have received over $11 million in raises, bonuses, and promotions.

She mentored nearly 100 people in her previous career, working in the Federal Government. By the way, she was the 13th Black woman to achieve the rank of Commander (Lieutenant Colonel equivalent) in US Coast Guard's 230 Year History.

Christy considers "coaching" to be her mission and calling. Her goal is to get 10,000 women $1 billion in raises by 2025.
