The Husband Institute is the topic for today’s show with Pastor Ricky Floyd. The Husband Institute prepares young men, as early as seven years old; through mentoring relationships and exposure to leaders in both the marketplace and faith community to become men of Biblical virtue. The foundation of these virtues are based on a relationship with Jesus Christ. In addition to founding The Husband Institute, Pastor Floyd is the senior pastor of the Pursuit of God Church in Memphis.
