This week Caroline Gustafsson joins The SinBin Pod with a story from Sweden about a McDonald’s job interview that starts normally… and then slowly becomes impossible to recover from. After making it through a very serious paper-cup tower challenge, Caroline finds herself face-to-face with two interviewers and one simple question about handling stress.

Unfortunately, her chosen example involves a night out, a very drunk “friend,” and a bit too much knowledge about what people really use McDonald’s for after midnight.

As Caroline keeps talking, the interview takes a turn so awkward that even one of the interviewers decides they have heard enough. What follows is a beautifully uncomfortable spiral of nerves, poor choices, and the kind of answer that definitely does not appear in any job interview handbook.
