From early age, Ashley was keenly aware of the amount of suffering her girlfriends were experiencing in high school. It was a friends struggle with an eating disorder that prompted Ashley to learn more. In writing a research paper in high school she realized there were a lot of facts around eating disorders but little surrounding what to do about it. It would be this curiosity that led Ashley to the work she does today. As a Trauma and Eating Disorder Specialist, Ashley helps her clients understand and connect to their bodies.
