What often happens is we follow that dream and that intuition, we do our training, we get specific on what we want to do, and then we start our business. But many of us aren’t prepared for the growth and healing that needs to happen when we step into that new role as a business owner and as a coach/healer.

Many of us know this is the work we’re meant to be doing, but many of us also ask ourselves “who am I to be doing this?”, “what do I have to offer?”, and we worry that we won’t be taken seriously. Many of us also wonder if we can even do this work and help people transform their lives even if we don’t have everything figured out ourselves. If we don’t have our stuff together, we wonder if we’re even in a place to be helping someone else.

The good news is, we absolutely are. And stepping into that new role is step #1!

We all have our own unique way of doing things, our own approach, our own story. We all have specific things that have really helped us heal, move forward and that helped us change our lives.

How we work with people is a reflection of all of that. And when it comes to creating our offerings, I believe we first need to recognize what’s special about us and how we do things, before we figure out the logistics behind what people are going to get by working with us.

Many of us approach creating offerings (services & products) with the container in mind. We think: I’m going to create a course/coaching program/masterclass/ebook, etc. And then we think of everything we’re going to include: modules/videos/workbooks/how many coaching sessions. We think of all of that without ever considering our own unique way of doing things and seeing things.

In this workshop, I’m going to help you get clearer on that and see how you can help people from where you are now.
