Kierston’s passion for fitness and nutrition developed early in college and was amplified after her exposure to the world of bodybuilding in 2013. Kierston has over 10 years of personal training experience and holds two Bachelors of Science in Kinesiology and Dietetics. She is an NSCA Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who enjoys teaching her female clients the value of consistent strength training. Kierston works full time at her private practice Proactive Nutrition Consulting, based in Cheyenne, WY. She specializes in preventative health, performance nutrition, and weight management. In her free time she enjoys traveling, golfing, spending time outdoors hunting and fly fishing, and water sports on the lake.

Kierston and I discuss what lead her to become a dietitian and how the experiance has been for her. From learning through her own experience to find more balance in he way she ate to teaching that same balance to clients who expect her to the food police. Teaching people that boring and sustainable effort will have the greatest impact on their goals.
