Dr. Díaz-Ramírez is a fellowship-trained, board-certified Pain Medicine physician and anesthesiologist with over 20 years of experience in the field. She is a clinical professor for the College of Medicine at Florida State University, has co-authored and edited multiple book chapters related to Pain Management, and has been awarded as Top Doctor® in her field by her peers, for the last ten consecutive years. By developing pain in her hand while studying in the pain clinic, she had to pivot and find different ways to use her physician-specific knowledge to build a business and help other physicians realize their potential as well.

She has a clinic in Florida and Oklahoma that caters to her patients in proactive pain management and also has a Mastermind group call MaxAllure where physicians can come together to learn about practice management, finances, corporate and small business ownership, and many other considerations physicians need to make as they grow in their career.
