Ann King,Certified Canine Behavior Consultant, is a life-long dog owner and has worked with dogs in rescues and shelters for more than 30 years. Ann, formerly a corporate communications and marketing professional, left her ‘real job’ to pursue her passion of all things dog and, along with receiving her training certification from Animal Behavior College in 2006, most recently received a Certified Behavior Consultant Canine certification from the Certification Council for Professional Dog Trainers (CCPDT), a designation held by less than 250 professionals worldwide.
In addition to working with clients, Ann volunteers her services to shelters and rescues and created Rescue S.M.A.R.T. as a resource for dog rescue organizations, dog fosters, and new dog adopters to help give dogs the best chance possible at finding and staying in their forever homes.
