A personal story led him, and a like-minded team, to create Govox. Having witnessed first-hand how technology and social media have fuelled mental health issues, Richard is now committed to using technology positively to enable change and readdress the balance with a much more supportive approach.

Richard will also be a speaker at DisruptHR Cambridge 3.0 on May 11.
