A lot of parliamentary time and media coverage has been focused on the Assisted Dying Bill, but there is an urgent need to improve care for those who are very ill or dying. Rachael Maskell leads the Commission on Palliative and End-of-Life Care, and has a backbench debate scheduled on Thursday 5th March to call for better access to care across the country.
