My guest is Julie Reynolds. For 15 years Julie has worked as both an elementary school teacher, school counselor and therapist.  She has a very deep understanding of the struggles kids face today and has a mission to help as many families as possible! Her new book, "The Warrior Backpack," was written by Julie and illustrated by her daughters, Sophia and Sloane Reynolds (ages 11 and 9). The book is about a boy named Alex who's struggling with anxiety.  But he has a secret weapon:  his "warrior backpack."  He carries this imaginary backpack with him throughout the day, using the strategies it holds to help him calm down.  These easy-to-use tips can be applied in a school setting — or any time a child is feeling anxious.
