City of Ashville Proclamation Hemp History Week

I, Esther E. Manheimer, Mayor of the City of Ashville, do hereby proclaim June 3 to June 9, 2019, as Hemp History Week in the City of Ashville, and encourage all citizens to learn about and to appreciate the many uses for hemp.
