The Phil Luciano Show welcomes Peoria City Manager Patrick Urich for a conversation on the recent news of the Hengst Foundation's discussions with the city of Peoria to build an amphitheater on the Peoria Riverfront. 

The Hengst Foundation had originally approached the city of Washington with a proposal of building an amphitheater, but the group took the offer off the table earlier this year. 

Urich also comments on the latest with the PNC Bank building and other matters around the city.
