Diagnosed with traumatic brain injury and epilepsy after being struck by a car, Bradford embarked on a healing journey that led him through India, and eventually to cannabis and CBD. Years later, when he became CEO of Hennepen’s Hemp, Bradford decided to partner with the ARC program, the nation’s largest community-based organization advocating for and with people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Now, adults with disabilities comprise a majority of Bradford's staff, bringing their solid work ethic, energy and charisma to Hennepen's Hemp company.
