This is the first Her Health Series. In this episode I will discuss our relationship with food and the different food lifestyles. What eating means to you, and why it's important to have a positive view on food, and what it could mean to your health.
In this episode I ask you to think about the following questions to ask yourself and journal your answers:
1. What does food mean to ME?
2. When I eat do I enjoy it or do I eat just to eat?
3. Do I eat Fast or Slow? How does it make me feel?
4. Do I emotional eat? How do I feel after?
