In this episode, I talk about the habits and mindsets I’m choosing to leave in 2025 romanticizing being overworked, comparing my timeline to everyone else’s, accepting bare minimum love in friendships and relationships, speaking to myself like an enemy, waiting until I feel ready, and living in survival mode. Work has been a lot lately the pressure, the expectations, the eyes on everything you do… it gets heavy. And honestly, I felt myself reaching that point where it’s either I break down or I break through. This week, I chose to release the stress and remind myself that not every opinion deserves space in my mind.

In today’s episode, I’m opening up about what’s really been going on behind the scenes at work: the overwhelming days, the moments where I question myself, and the times I felt judged or misunderstood. But I’m also talking about the mindset that’s helping me stay grounded the Let Them Theory.

Let them think what they want. Let them judge. Let them misunderstand you.
