Janice says, "I was JUST beginning to see solid success in my own business when I was diagnosed with ovarian cancer in early 2020. I also found out I am BRCA2+ which means I am facing a double mastectomy in spring of 2021. I have continued to work full time after surgery and through chemotherapy. My passion and desire for success has kept me going. It also helps to keep my mind off feeling sick or down about this diagnosis. If I hadn't had my own business? I wouldn't have been able to continue working for several reasons related to this challenge. With my story, I hope to inspire other people to hold fast to their dreams despite what beliefs are running through their minds. I also hope to educate as many females and their loved ones as possible about the signs, symptoms, and risks associated with ovarian cancer because we aren't spoken to about it enough!"
