Kathy Moniello owner of Forevermore Homes , shared with us the process of seniors “Aging in Place”, and helping seniors transition to a home of modification or a move for their older age home.  

It’s a difficult to make major changes, especially where you will live in the future.  However,  Kathy and her team help many seniors make that journey to make sure where they live is where they want  live and want to love.
