Herbert Hoover delivered his inaugural address on March 4th, 1929. Read by Yuvraj Singh. Herbert Hoover’s accomplishments prior to presidency were  effectively neutralized in public opinion after the Great Depression began on his watch. Though the seeds for such crisis are planted in the prior years, they tend to fall hardest on those that deal with the crisis. It was perhaps the single largest factor in deciding that Hoover would remain in the shadow of his successor.
