Although we’re still waiting on an official announcement, multiple outlets have reported that Mauricio Pochettino will be the next head coach of the USMNT. Pochettino has coached at some of the biggest clubs in Europe but it seems like his time at Tottenham from 2014-2019 was especially important in his career and arguably the job he’s most known for. The U.S. Men’s Soccer Team is into the knockout round of the Olympics! They booked their ticket on Tuesday with a 3-0 win against Guinea which put them in second place in Group A, behind France. The U.S. will now move on to the quarterfinals where they will play Morocco this Friday, August 2.
