Don't be deceived - the process of living out our God given identity as a Son and a Daughter is not an easy one! However, Jesus points us in the right direction by telling us to be child like so that we may inherit the kingdom of God. Woohoo !! Our discussion is based on Matthew 18:1-5 and John 5:19-20.

Sofia is back with a BANG.

In this episode Sofia talks about how she has been in a time of hiding and what the Lord did in her during that time. Some of the lessons involved discovering what true humility is and what it means to know God is close and pleased with us. Sofia describes this as knowing the father's gaze. The hidden time was fruitful and Sofia unpacks her healing journey with God and how He was persistent with her when it was time to come out of hiding. Sofia's hope is that you may discern where the Lord has you right now and the purpose of your current season based on Ecclesiastes 3.

We have come to the end of season 1 - WOOHOO & AWH! But do not fret, we are leaving you with a REAL treat. This episode is so so timely and it will no doubt ignite faith in you. This not only paid off but now Praise gets to encourage us to do the same.

We're back for another episode! This conversation, Nathaniel and Sofia talk about how a simple invitation can change a life. Nathaniel shares how he uses football as a way to connect to those outside of church, and shares a story about his friend Myles becoming a Christian because of a simple invitation. Not only this, Sofia and Nathaniel also discuss how important it is that different people play their God given role in church (Ephesians 4:11).

We're back for our fifth episode where Sofia is joined by Lydia to chat about the acting and performance world. In an industry where we'd assume people feel seen, Lydia tells us how this often is not the case. Having processed this hurt, God is now using Lydia to love actors and bring them together so that they may find hope in Jesus.

Sofia and Lydia also discuss the journey of navigating being called to lead people on platforms. This is a healthy conversation which will equip you to navigate through purpose and pride!

This episode Sofia is joined by Silas where they discuss the importance of the secret place 'Here & Now'. This is not only an equipping conversation but also an encouraging one. The secret place is truly indispensable and just that morning from the overflow of the secret place Silas was able to encourage a room of young leaders. In addition to this, they share a few observations on what they see God do across their generation!
