In the 2018 elections, the state of New Mexico was among the bluest, electing Democrats for all statewide offices on the ballot.  Now, it’s 2020, and in the recent state primary, another wave hit the Democrats, as senior members of the state legislature, conservatives on state spending and on access to abortion, lost their seats.
