Large parts of southern England will be placed under the country's highest level of coronavirus restrictions, amid rising infection levels. From Saturday, areas including Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire, Peterborough, Hertfordshire, and most of Surrey will move to Tier Three.
