Is there a current production car (non-super car...) that will be collectible in 25 years?

We have some thoughts. Also: does it make more sense to collect expensive watches or expensive cars? Our collective ADHD drives the conversation to our favorite fast(ish) food, the E60 M5's dodgy infotainment system, and my 8-year-old who is destined to be the next great American soccer star.
