  • Ep 18 | What Even Are We?
Ryan and Jay have a problem.

They're in their 40s, they're not married and calling each other "boyfriend" and "girlfriend" feels ridiculous.

So what DO you call someone you're building a life with when you're way past prom age?

A hilarious misunderstanding at a black-tie gala opens up a much bigger conversation about getting older, feeling like an adult and wondering if anyone ever really figures this "life" shit out.

They get into how much we rely on technology, whether AI is making us smarter or lazier and why growing up today feels so different from the way we ALL remember.

What starts as a question about their relationship becomes a lowkey meaningful question about identity, adulthood and the people we're becoming.

So after all of it -- they're right back where they started: WHAT EVEN ARE WE?

  • Ep 17 | Nobody's Clapping
Have a favorite stove burner? Fine. Peel your grapes? We have questions.

Ryan & Jay put everyday weirdness on trial — from self-proclaimed empaths to airplane clappers — and discover that the jury ALSO has some 'splainin' to do!

Ryan admits to a decade of signing autographs for absolutely nobody, while Jay explains why you should never (under any circumstance) put her on speaker.

Somewhere between bare feet on an airplane, inspirational Instagram quotes and a car named Marsha, “quirk or red flag” becomes a much less straightforward question.

Play along at home, defend your weird little habits and please check your shoes: cuz there’s enough actual goat shit in this episode to require a fourth category!

  • Ep 16 | Okay, Since You Asked ...
You ask. We answer. Probably more honestly than we should have.

This week, we tackle listener questions from around the world about relationships, bad habits, location sharing, dishwasher rules, jeans hygiene and why men insist on keeping things loooong past their expiration date.

We also discover that whether you’re in Singapore, Scotland or Slovenia, couples everywhere are basically arguing about the exact same nonsense.

  • Ep 15 | iHeart Road Trips
We're comin' to ya straight from the 15, recording (literally) on the drive home from Vegas after two nights at the iHeartRadio Music Festival!

We break down the best of the fest -- from Benson Boone and Weezer to Snoop, Smashing Pumpkins and more!

Plus: our first real road trip together, Tesla self-driving mode, random roadside stops and who controls the music! There's also Ryan’s absolutely psychotic silent cross-country drive and an awkward Vegas party moment for Jay that turns into a bigger conversation about work, relationships and getting older.

Somewhere between Vegas and LA, we land on a pretty profound question: are you still having fun?

  • Ep 14 | 1990 Was 10 Years Ago
A Guns N’ Roses concert and Coyote vs. Acme sent Ryan and Jay headfirst into a full-blown nostalgia spiral.

This week, we’re going back to Saturday mornings with a bowl of cereal, Toys “R” Us ball cages, Teddy Ruxpin, Fruit Stripe gum, Crystal Pepsi, TGIF, personal phone lines, Blockbuster, Scholastic book fairs, waterbeds and all the wonderfully ridiculous stuff that made growing up in the late ’80s and ’90s feel like its own universe.

Along the way: Ryan reveals his deep commitment to a Cabbage Patch Kid named Patrick, Jay explains how a Jerky Boys prank call brought the fire department to her house and we make the case for bringing back the busy signal.

But underneath all the Pogs and slap bracelets is a bigger question: do we actually miss all that stuff … or do we miss who we were when we had it?

Also, 1990 was ten years ago and we will not be taking questions.

  • Ep 13 | Petty Hills, Strong Opinions
Ryan and Jay are planting their flags on the completely meaningless hills on which they're willing to die. Cake is so overrated. Ranch belongs on mac and cheese. There IS a correct way to load a dishwasher. And please, for the love of God, summarize your dreams. From read receipts and concert encores to wet bathroom floors, punctuality and the proper direction of toilet paper, no issue is too petty for a passionate argument.

  • Ep 12 | Too Old For This?
This week, we're asking the VERY important (midlife) question: are we actually too old for this … or do we just not want to?

From Vegas weekends to window seats, loud restaurants, long lines and the increasingly dangerous act of sitting on the floor, we're workin' out what’s officially been retired.

Because somewhere between “I just sat down” and “tomorrow exists now,” getting older may have less to do with age – and more to do with knowing what we actually want.

  • Ep 11 | I Don't Belong Here
Ever go somewhere and think, "Oh shoot. I do NOT belong here." Yeah, us too.

From the Louis Vuitton store in Paris (covered in sauce) to a Chuck-E-Cheese (alone as a grown adult) to literal JAIL, the range here is rich! So, settle in for stories galore on places we probably shouldn't have been.

You DO belong here and we're grateful you keep comin' back! Thanks for the ratings and reviews too!

  • Ep 10 | Opa! There It Is!
LIVE FROM GREECE! Overlooking the iconic Santorini caldera, Ryan and Jay discuss the biggest culture shocks on their trip (so far) -- from marathon meals at midnight to bathroom rules and a pace of life that makes America look rather unwell. Grab your passports, cuz you're joining these two on their summer holiday!

  • Ep 9 | Boys Will Be Boys. Women Have Notes.
Men and women: same species, completely different operating systems!

Ryan and Jay unpack how they're packing for an upcoming trip! Plus, how they clean, argue, tell stories, watch TV and apply lotion. Turns out, the exact same sitch has two totally separate realities!?

No gender is safe. And neither is your relationship.
