In this episode, I will take a break from interviews to sit with this imperfect moment. 2020 seems to be requiring a great deal of surrender, acceptance, and fluidity from all of us. In order to remain resilient, we must resist the urge to constantly do and produce. We must instead take the time to rest and reflect. This episode is my gentle reminder to do just that.
