90% of the autistic population is either unemployed or underemployed. because of this, many individuals are missing out on life's opportunities such as employment opportunities, moving on and enjoying a fulfilling life etc. while the Ada has set guidelines and placed them with employers none of them seem to get the message that the autistics of have a right to work. instead these employers often make excuses. yet, there are other contributing factors to the unemployment situation that is currently taking place.
