Herencia Cultural Mexicana of the capital region is a group that celebrates the dance and culture of all of Mexico. It includes people of all ages dancing traditional dances from many different regions of the country. Moses Nagel spoke to some of the dancers and organizers as they plan for a flurry of fall events including a Día de Muertos festival October 26 at the Capital District Regional Market and the Festival of Nations November 2 at the Empire State Plaza.
