As Dr. Seidling points out there are many ways to fuel your body so that you can operate optimally - and fuel can mean many things.

Fuel can mean the actual food choices you make and what's on your plate, it can mean how you feed your mind and what you read/watch/listen to, and it can also mean how you fuel your body and protect your time with self-care.

Afterall, if you're running on empty (empty calories, empty information and zero time to yourself) then you can't possibly continue to give to others.
