He is an entrepreneur, wildly entertaining, a pizza maker, and has a heart for helping teenagers.  Eddie Fischer is making sure his impact on youth is more than great tasting pizzas.  He talks about building a Clubhouse where teens can connect, strengthen mental health, and discover direction.

He is President/CEO of the How U Doin Foundation, inviting teens to Connect, Strengthen Mental Health, and Discover Direction through an Experiential Clubhouse Culture. The Foundation is building a transformative space where teens (ages 13–17) experience Fun, Connection, Discovery, and Direction — the four core elements that inspire growth, belonging, and purpose.

Opening Summer 2026 in Northlake, Texas, the How U Doin Foundation Clubhouse will feature a pizza kitchen, podcast studio, and quiet room — all designed to bring teens, families, and communities together in meaningful ways. Together, we’re not just imagining change — we’re building it. We are a Mission In Motion
