This realization came to me late at night. No matter how scared it made me, I knew to fully take back my power it was time to use my voice.

This week I dive deep, REAL DEEP. From childhood memories to several types of abuse it was time for me to share my story. Because I’m coming for everything I deserve, and more. To get there, these are things I need to face, process, accept and reprogram the limiting beliefs they led too. It starts with me, but my highest hope is to give you the strength and courage to go next.
