When the guitar chords blair and the snare drum pops you have a couple of decisions. The few that come to me; scream along to the song, stage dive or begin to dodge the shoe of someone who is losing their mind to the sonics. Drew’s acrobatic cartwheels, black gloves and rhythmic fist throwing is a sight to see. If the stage was lit with one light and he was the only one dancing it would make Pina Bausch ask herself, “What makes you move like that?” Drew hails from Long Island and has been a part of the scene for years.
