Heritage of Jacob is at risk here in Isaiah’s Prophetic book part One hundred and Fifty-nine. Yet it is not because of the Lord, for he has blessings and prosperity ready for the Tribe of Judah. However, the Heritage of Jacob, the same Heritage that applied to the Northern Tribes comes with a price. That price is repentance, turning away from your current troubles, pride, and rebellion to the Living God and following Him with all your effort, mind, soul, and heart. Time and again we find the Lord sending the Prophets to exhort, teach, and preach to the People. It is as Jesus, Yeshua said as he stood and said “Oh Jerusalem, Jerusalem thou that stonest the Prophets. How oft would I have gathered you as a hen doth her chicks. But you would have none of it.” In short, they rejected the Prophets and the God who sent them.

And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in. If thou turn away thy foot from the sabbath, from doing thy pleasure on my holy day; and call the sabbath a delight, the holy of the LORD, honourable; and shalt honour him, not doing thine own ways, nor finding thine own pleasure, nor speaking thine own words: Then shalt thou delight thyself in the LORD; and I will cause thee to ride upon the high places of the earth, and feed thee with the heritage of Jacob thy father: for the mouth of the LORD hath spoken it.
