COVID has affected each person all over the world in some way. We hear on the news about the people who’ve caught COVID, the businesses hurt by it, and the urgent need for vaccines. However, we rarely hear about how the healthcare workers who have to treat those diagnosed with the coronavirus are feeling and how they’ve been impacted. 

On this episode, I brought in one of my close friends, Alexis Paules, who is also a registered nurse, that has worked most of her nursing career during the pandemic. She shared her experience and insight on taking care of people who’ve been diagnosed with COVID. Hearing her stories, you can’t help but think nurses and doctors are some of the many heroes during this time in history.
