Sometimes the ones that look the happiest need the most help. We joke around a lot but Depression is very serious and should be treated as such. If you or a loved one is experiencing signs please seek help and talk to someone. We can also reach out to friends and family and just check in on them. Life can be stressful enough and that kind word can make a difference.
