Previously, responding to a call from her police contact, Deputy Chief Liam Cote, Banger was shocked to discover that the special she had fought at the waterfront had turned into a young man. Chief Cote explained that a new drug was flooding college campuses, and that it had the ability to give anyone who took it powers. Investigating the source of the new narcotic as Miranda, she discovered a nightclub where it was being dealt, but the ones selling it weren’t about to go quietly.
