Previously, Miranda was informed that the trio from the nightclub were attacking a local shopping mall in order to draw her into a confrontation after the events at the nightclub. Showing up as Banger, she confronted them with another local hero. The pair were quickly outmatched, however, and Banger was taken captive, while the other hero was brutalized in a shocking display of violence.
