After sacrificing himself to save an innocent, Dusten Dunn was granted a second chance at life, and mystical powers to fight the darkness as Dust, a Mystical Explorer who Eliminates Occult Threats.

Previously, Dust broke up a fight outside of his bar, calling for an ambulance for one man, and sending the other away. As he went home for the night, the man he’d previously spared attacked him with a knife, but was quickly defeated. The man threatened to inform someone called Mr Tomorrow, and ran off, but none of Dust’s allies seemed to know who Mr Tomorrow was when asked. Later Dust was informed that the man he had called an ambulance for had disappeared, so he cast a locating spell which only led him to the hospital the man had disappeared from.
