Silver is a clever speaker who transcends humanity. Icevein is a tough power-wielder who wears a sheen of ice. Rail is a sharp-eyed warrior who rides the lightning. Together, they serve their country, working to maintain America’s status as the global Superpower.
Previously, during a raid on a warehouse in West Virginia that brought Rail, Icevein, and Silver together, they discovered a strange, drug-like substance that seemed to grant several of their opponents powers of their own. After subduing the targets, they accepted an offer to go work for the newly formed Department of Special Entity Affairs, and were given 2 days to prepare before being flown to Libya to track down the source of the dangerous drug.
