Silver is a clever speaker who transcends humanity. Icevein is a tough power-wielder who wears a sheen of ice. Rail is a sharp-eyed warrior who rides the lightning. Together, they serve their country, working to maintain America’s status as the global Superpower.

Previously, after a firefight in a village on the outskirts of Tripoli, Silver, Icevein, and Rail met up with their contact Ibrahim al Salam, who took the trio to a safehouse where they could rest and make a plan before leaving to investigate the remote village in the desert where strange superpower drug was coming from.
